Wristo Refund & Returns Policy

At Wristo, we are committed to ensuring every purchase is safe, secure, and satisfying. Because Wristo is a curated multi-vendor marketplace for authentic luxury watch parts, we follow strict procedures to protect both buyers and sellers.


Return Window

  • 14 Days – No Questions Asked
    You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • 30 Days – With Valid Reason
    Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery if you have a valid reason (e.g., defect, authenticity concerns, incorrect item).

Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In the original packaging (including brand boxes, pouches, tags, or authenticity certificates if provided).
  • With no signs of wear, modification, or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or engraved parts.
  • Cleaning kits or consumables once opened or used.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., straps with clear signs of wear).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances.

Authenticity & Inspection

All returns undergo authentication and inspection by Wristo’s verification team before approval. This process ensures that counterfeit or tampered goods never re-enter circulation.

For high-value items, buyers are required to provide photographic or video evidence of the product’s condition before initiating a return. This protects both the buyer and seller during the return process.


Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method or issued as Wristo store credit if preferred.
  • Partial refunds may apply if:
    • The item is not returned in original packaging.
    • The item shows handling or use beyond what was necessary for inspection.

Sale Items

Both regular and discounted items are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions above. Clearance sales may have special terms clearly displayed at purchase.


Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Items may be exchanged for the same product (if available), a replacement product, or converted into Wristo store credit.
  • If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.

Gifts

  • If an item was purchased and marked as a gift, you may receive a Wristo Gift Credit for the return value.
  • If the gift was shipped to the buyer (who later gave it to you), the refund will go back to the original buyer.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, authenticity concern, or vendor error, return shipping is fully covered by the vendor (or by Wristo if the vendor fails to comply).
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For high-value returns, Wristo strongly recommends using a trackable shipping service and insurance. Wristo does not guarantee responsibility for returns not received.

Process to Start a Return

  1. Contact Wristo Support at [insert support email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Submit photographic or video evidence of the item’s condition.
  3. Wristo will confirm eligibility and provide you with the correct vendor return address.
  4. Once the vendor receives and verifies the return, Wristo will finalize the refund, exchange, or store credit.
